Healthy diet
Your food contains simple substances called nutrients; with the processs of digestion we transform food into nutrients and they are absorbed and transported by the blood all around the body.
The most importatant nutrients are water, proteins, fats, vitamins , carbohydrates and sugar
Lets watch the following elements :
Group 1 NUTRITION: exercise 3 and 4
Group 2 FOOD INTAKE : exercise 2 and 4
Now you will watch Group 5 : FOOD DIET AND SPORT and after having done all the exercises you are going to prepair a healthy diet then we will study thje school menu to see if it is healthy
Now you should do activities from 10 to 13 from your workbook
